RWANDA
International film production companies/producers/photographer need to apply for film permits which costs $5000 as well as a security fee of $2000 which will be refunded if you submit a copy of the film to the Rwandan Development Board. After securing the Rwanda Filming permits for filming in Rwanda, all film crew members must have press Accreditation from the Rwanda Media High Council. Film crew can obtain a 30-day tourist visa at the port of entry for $50 (single entry) or $70 (multiple entry). Credit cards are generally accepted at the Kigali International Airport but are not accepted at some land borders.
