Our Approach
Upon receiving a request for a quote, we assign a dedicated bidder to manage the project from brief to final delivery. We schedule a briefing call to understand our clients’ needs and ensure a thorough understanding of their requirements. Within 24 hours, we provide a comprehensive cost estimate, followed by a second call to review the costs, address any questions, and discuss adjustments.
Production Services
We offer a wide range of production services, including:
- Visas: Assistance with visa applications, documentation, and requirements
- Flights: When traveling to a country in Africa or the Middle East to film on location, it is best that the international film production company handle their own flights, however all in country local flights should be booked by the Line Producer or Film Fixer in the country you will be filming in.
- Hotel: Accommodation management and recommendations
- Transport: Local transport arrangements, including drivers and insurance
- Filming Permits: When filming on location in Africa or the Middle East film permit applications require time. Our Line Producers and Film Fixers manage these applications, and our managing Producer will share a fact sheet outlining the requirements for this complex submission.
- Space/Office: Hoodlum Film Fixers and the Middle East have a local production office in each country in Africa and the Middle East.
- Unit: Location management, equipment, and support services
- Fixers: Local Line Producers and Film Fixers for each country
- Post Production: In most cases international film production companies handle the post production in their country of origin. We do however offer full post-production services, including local voice artist recordings and film rushes uploads
- Wardrobe: Experienced wardrobe mistress and team
- Crew: We have been physically producing on ground in region for over 20 years. We have forged solid relationships with local film crews and professionals
- Equipment: Access to local film equipment suppliers and databases. Should the region not have the required gear necessary we simply source it from our offices in neighbouring countries.
- Casting and Talent: Experienced Talent Scouts and Cast Directors
- Locations: Our location managers have had years of experience in sourcing the very best locations based on briefs from clients. Location decks are available on request.
