I worked with Kim and the team on a large production project which included various different deliverables and workstreams, spanning physical pop-up events, social content, influencer contracts, and music licensing across two separate markets, and their professionalism, collaboration and commitment to the project was brilliant throughout. As an agency based in the UK, we came to rely on them for their local knowledge and contacts, ability to think on their feet and provide solutions to last-minute challenges, and flexibility when it came to deadlines and budgets. Most importantly though, despite the complexities, pressures and difficulties of the project, the team was always positive and willing to go above and beyond to fulfil the brief, which played a huge part in the success of the project. It was great working with this company on a recent shoot in Rwanda that I had to send and remote US crew out for.Our point person Durand was very efficient in finding out all of the information we needed ahead of the shoot, providing us with a quote and starting the prep process, and our local producer Angelo was so helpful across the boards: He handled all of our requests, facilitated customs clearance for equipment, film permitting as well as drone permitting (which I learned was separate in Rwanda) and all of the transportation from our hub in Kigali to the remote villages we were shooting in.He acted as our translator when needed, made sure our interactions with the local community was seamless, and was able to quickly pivot when our schedules changed to add an additional filming day and navigate filming around a public holiday that we weren’t originally aware of.I’d hire them again in a heartbeat here or for any other shoots in Africa!
